We have a US-based client looking for an energy modeler/designer who has at least 2+ years of experience in building industry-single/multi-family residential projects, is knowledgeable with programs such as Energy Star, Passive House, LEED, BREEAM, and Green Star, and software such as Bluebeam Revu, REM/Rate, eQuest, BIM 360, Sketchup, AutoCAD, & Revit,

_ Analyze documents to identify envelope, HVAC, and other energy-related specs for building models. Configure building energy models in REM/Rate software. Review specs for building products, equipment, and materials if compliant with certification requirements. Maintain organized records of project data. _
JOB DUTIES
- Use Bluebeam Revu software to perform quantity take-offs of building envelope features from pdf plans.
- Identify HVAC, and other energy-related specifications for input to building models.
- Use of REM/Rate software on configuration of building energy models.
- Communicates results and delivers reports to the managing verifier.
- Organize project data records and track gaps for the construction team to resolve.
- Analyze specifications for building products, equipment and materials if compliant with energy codes and green
- building certification requirements.
Location: Unit 1E, PhilExcel Business Park Annex, (turn right before Sapangbato gate) Clark Freeport Zone, 2023
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

JOB QUALIFICATION
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS APPLY HERE
- Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or an equivalent.
- 2+ years of building industry experience in single/multi-family residential projects
- Basic knowledge of estimating, drafting, modelling, and analysing building plans
- Any knowledge with programs such as Energy Star, Passive House, LEED, BREEAM, Living Building Challenge, WELL, Green Star. (Softwares) Bluebeam Revu, REM/Rate, eQuest, BIM 360, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Revit. Any knowledge of building energy codes, based on International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) or ASHRAE 90.1
- Detail-oriented, ability to identify and systematically track highly specific building parameters for several projects
- Interpret building plans and specs.
- Passion for green-building and sustainable design, materials and equipment.
REQUIRED SKILLS / SOFTWARE
