Technician Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
  • Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.
  • Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
  • Writing up reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.
  • Sourcing replacement parts.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and clients.
  • Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
  • Fabricating any components required.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Technician Requirements:

  • Vocational
  • A relevant degree, certification, or license may be required.
  • Experience as a technician.
  • Ability to multitask and liaise with professionals in different fields.
  • Ability to explain problems simply and clearly.
  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to follow health and safety regulations.

conventionally and innovatively conceived by a group of professionals in 2004 and formally established in 2006.

 

SMPC as a service oriented Cooperative, has developed a proactive solution that addresses the casual workers’ plight of low income and poor quality of life, as well as the issues of companies’ cost of recruitment and training, labor legalities and the low productivity that eventually results from the traditional engagement of service contracts. It also promotes activities of providing the members with sustainable, progressive, diversified but dignified sources of livelihood in the spirit of cooperation and entrepreneurship with environmental responsibility.

 

To date, SMPC is moving and setting the trend in the corporate industry of mobilizing economic cost-effective and quality service to its clients.
