JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategies & Tasks:
- Achieve the Target Equipment Reliability Grade for the following: Crushing Plant ,Raw Mill and Coal Mill, Pyro, Finish Mill, Packing Plant.
- Achieve the MTBF best practice goal.
- No recorded incidence of Major and Minor Equipment Motor Failures due to faulty workmanship and/or practices of electrical personnel under his command.
- Familiarity on the entire Plant Electrical System and Facilities.
- Read and interpret Basic and Complex Electrical Plans and Diagrams.
- Demonstrate knowledge in System Interlocking Principles and Practices
- Demonstrate Knowledge in Planning and Execution of Plant Shutdown Activities.
- Demonstrate expertise in handling Basic and Complex Electrical Tools and Gadgets such as Clamp Ammeters, VOM, Insulation Tester, etc.
- Demonstrate IN DEPTH knowledge in the Electrical aspects of Cement Plant Operation.
- Demonstrate expertise in Root Cause Analysis and trouble-shooting of Complex Electrical System.
