PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR for FOOD MANUFACTURER (3in1 COFFEE)/BALAGTAS, BULACAN

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Facilitates execution of production instructions by allocating appropriate resources
  • Ensures product and process compliance in adherence to regulatory compliance by issuing instructions and reviewing
  • or monitoring relevant KPIs
  • Measures, analyses and controls the: line efficiency, material usage and productivity variance by using available
  • systems and tools
  • Reviews process failures and executes continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities, accessing
  • proposals and implementation
  • Prepares related information and participates wherever necessary in standard audits (HACCP, ISO, GMP etc.)
  • Trains the team on manufacturing process, technology and standard operating procedures
  • Communicates the flow of information from the management to Production staff and vice versa

JOB QUALIFICATION

 

  • With Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Technology or other related courses
  • With at least 3 years of experience as Production Supervisor in a food manufacturing or pharmaceutical company
  • With strong leadership, decision making and good analytical skills
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a keen observer
