JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintains general ledger
- Prepares financial reports
- Maintain orderly accounting filing System
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Management as
- requested
- Perform other accounting related tasks from time to time as
- required by Department Head
- Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit
- Monitor account reconciliation, tax and calculations, filing of BIR
- returns
- Monthly financial reporting to Management
Additional Information
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree,
- Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
- in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is
- required for this position.
- Preferably 1-3 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in General /
- Cost Accounting / Financial Services or equivalent
- Maintains, updates financial reports, records and general ledgers and
- verifies/reconciles the accuracy of invoices, billings and other
- accounting documents.
