JOB DESCRIPTION
? A graduate of at least two (2) year Computer / Electronic courses or any equivalent courses
? Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus factor
? Has strong customer service orientation
? Has valid Professional Driver’s license to drive motorcycle and/or 4-wheeled vehicles
? Preferably male, Dependable, trustworthy and loyal
JOB QUALIFICATION
? The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients:
? Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in its acceptable performance level as specified by Customer Service
Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer service standards.
? Provides technical support to sales department in product demonstration; performs other responsibilities to meet overall
goals/objectives of the company.
? Experience in doing repair and maintenance of office machines especially laser printer is a plus
