JOB DESCRIPTION

The role is responsible for collection operations and activities in assigned areas and business segments,

within the organization’s policies, and guidelines; to ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivable and

achievement of performance targets. Expedites collection of past due accounts in order to maximize recovery of

delinquent accounts and reduce potential risks of becoming bad debts and losses

Also responsible for interfacing with Sales Units/Groups, and customers to manage issues resulting to prompt

resolution of past due receivables and minimize bad debts. Ensure that procedures in recording, monitoring,

reconciling, analysis, and reporting customers’ accounts, are consistently complied with to ensure timely and

accurate Accounts Receivable data customers’ standing

JOB QUALIFICATION

    Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accounting,

Economics, Math or equivalent.

·    At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Finance or Accounting functions, at least 5 years

in Credit & Collections, is required for this position.

·    Must have at least 3 years work experience in supervisory or managerial level

·    Must have experience in credit review, collections operations, interfacing with customers,

and collaboration with Company’s Sales units

·    Proficiency in creating reports, analysis and explanation of Company’s Accounts Receivable

transactions and status

·    Have high proficiency in the use of MS Office applications

·    Have knowledge or understanding of automated financial systems in processing and

generating Accounts Receivable

·    Must be highly driven to achieve Team’s goals and financial targets

·    Have very good business communication skills and negotiating skills

·    High degree of professionalism

·    Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.

·    Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance - Corporate

Finance/Finance operations and administration, or equivalent.
