The role of the Customer Experience Manager is to proactively increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by creating an ongoing strategy for anticipating and meeting customer needs in every interaction. He/she organizes and leads the Customer Experience team to ensure that the overarching strategy and vision for the team be followed and implemented. He/she works closely with marketing managers to align goals and visions, as well as the ICT and Operations managers to ensure all customer interactions— both in-person and online — are according to set standards
• Graduate of a 4-year course preferably Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years related work experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
5 days a week
Shifts starts at 7am-4pm/8am-5pm/9am-6pm
2 days off
