FARM MANAGER for MEAT DISTRIBUTOR INDUSTRY/Salary: 18,000 - 25,000/ANTIPOLO. MORONG or BARAS, RIZAL (STAY -IN)
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Coordinate with the Farm General Manager regarding swine breeding and reproduction
matters and swine management operations
2. Assist the Farm General Manager on matters related to personnel’s work schedules
3. In-charge in ordering and monitoring farm supplies and feeds
4. Prepares and submits production operation reports to the Farm General Manager, making
sure that matters requiring immediate attention are properly addressed
5. Meets monthly with Veterinary Consultant to gives feedback on health status of the
breeding and farrowing swine herd and solicit recommendations and/or prescriptions to
remedy any concerns
6. Hold monthly meeting with section supervisors and caretakers to update key performance
indicators, herd health status and maintenance concerns.
JOB QUALIFICATION
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Major in Animal Science
? At least 3 years of work experience in Swine Production
? Willing to undergo training on Farm Management
? Must be Self-motivated, honest, reliable and can work with the team
? Applicants must be willing to stay in the farm in Rizal
? For full-time position
Salary Range: 18,000 to 25,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, (Time of work may be arranged)
Location: Antipolo, Morong or Baras, Rizal
