Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
· Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members
and management.
· Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce
useful reports.
· Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
· Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage
of systems development.
· Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports on multiple projects.
· Perform acceptance testing on various software and reporting systems.
· Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
· Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.
· Work closely with the Project Manager, supporting with tasks as required.
· Undertake tasks as given by Management
Work within the Project Management Team and undertake Project Management
Tasks.
· Produce reports as required.
· Understand the end user’s current workflow and document the existing process.
· Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering,
analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to assist in identifying business
priorities.
· Identify and prioritize business requirements, and provide a documented record
of these requirements.
· Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in
from all stakeholders.
· Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure
maximum usability.
