JOB DESCRIPTION
A remote IT support technician works from home to assist a business with software,
hardware, computer systems, and networks. You typically answer questions from network or
computer users over the phone or via the internet. Your duties include helping these
employees or customers troubleshoot technical problems.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Windows experience
Knowledge in Microsoft office
Knowledge in Office 365 and domains
(Most basic calls that come in are additions, deletions, and modifications in 365 and basic pc
support such as outlook trouble opening, etc.)
