Under the guidance and direction of assigned immediate superiors, provide general management and
direction to his team to fulfill the following functions:
? Merchandise promotions generation and implementation
? Merchandise mix and assortment development, allocation, implementation, and monitoring
? Visual merchandising and display formulation and presentation
? Merchandise replenishment and movement planning and monitoring
? Inventory accuracy management and monitoring
? Product knowledge training development and cascade
Required Knowledge:
? Enthusiast-level knowledge on helmets (motorcycle & bicycle)
? Basic knowledge/ appreciation of motorcycles, motorcycle gears, parts, and accessories.
? Full understanding of inventory and category management processes

? Merchandise Management
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Able to synthesize and analyze various data to
identify and forecast trends.
