JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the guidance and direction of assigned immediate superiors, provide general management and

direction to his team to fulfill the following functions:

? Merchandise promotions generation and implementation

? Merchandise mix and assortment development, allocation, implementation, and monitoring

? Visual merchandising and display formulation and presentation

? Merchandise replenishment and movement planning and monitoring

? Inventory accuracy management and monitoring

? Product knowledge training development and cascade

 

Required Knowledge:

? Enthusiast-level knowledge on helmets (motorcycle & bicycle)

? Basic knowledge/ appreciation of motorcycles, motorcycle gears, parts, and accessories.

 

? Full understanding of inventory and category management processes

 

Required Skills:

? Merchandise Management

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Able to synthesize and analyze various data to

identify and forecast trends. 

? Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

? Leadership, decision-making, and project management skills 

 

Required Soft Skills/ Attitude:

? Inquisitive with keen attention to detail

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, retail, or a related field is an added bonus.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial position.
  • A background in marketing, communications, and/or design is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be creative and detail orientated.

Work Schedule” 7:00am – 5:30pm, Compressed Work Week
