JOB DESCRIPTION

Develops monthly, quarterly and annual brand work plan subject to the approval of the brand

manager for the implementation of the brand calendar

? Assists in executing all marketing plan programs in coordination with Marketing.

? Seeks field research/input on various aspects, such as market conditions, program evaluation.

? Assists in the analysis of reports and promotional programs by providing recommendations.

? Assists the BM/ABM/BO in the implementation of the brand plan.

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Creative Writing, English Literature, Journalism, or Communications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion retail
  • Passionate about fashion and retail trends
  • Social media proficiency required
  • Strong program knowledge (Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment

 

The Brand Assistant provides effective assistance to the Brand Manager in attaining the brand targets,

business goals and objectives. 

 

Spearheads (with the guidance of the BM and collaboration with Marketing Services) the execution of

the marketing plan.

 

Acts as the co-brand owner of the BM in ensuring the identity, personality, tone and equity of the

brand are intact.

 

 

Php 18,000 to 24,000

Work Sched: 7:00 – 5:30, Compressed Work Week
