The E-commerce Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies in all e-commerce
platforms of the company to improve sales, profitability, and market share (i.e.. own webstore via
Shopify, Lazada & Shopee stores). This position will also support the development of e-commerce as a
strategic growth pillar for the company.
This role focuses on:
? Developing, implementing, and evaluating E-Commerce strategies to achieve sales targets
? Generating commercial insights and forecast sales from new products and promotions, market
and online trends, platform behavior, and e-store sales data
? Planning and controlling the E-Commerce A&P budget / spending
? Working with internal digital team and vendors on web development, search engine
optimization, and other initiatives
? Managing customer service representatives to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
? Achieving targets for fulfillment, stock weeks cover, slow moving stocks and shrinkage, and
product assortment
? Reviewing performance data, including sales, product offtake, store ratings, customer feedback /
ratings, and activity reports to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal
achievement and overall effectiveness
? Developing good working relationships with other departments to ensure successful execution
of e-commerce plans
