STAFF NURSE for AESTHETIC CENTER/Salary: 18,000 - 25,000/PASEO DE ROXAS, MAKATI / BGC, TAGUIG
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Obtains comprehensive relevant patient data through: (a) interview; (b) correct obtainment of vital signs, which include pain; (c) The use of advanced assessment techniques that is focused or systems approach; (d) correct interpretation of data obtained from monitoring equipment; and (e) correct interpretation of diagnostic results.
- · Maintains complete, accurate, concise, and updated documentation of patient care. Observes procedures and policies pertaining to any aspect of clinical charting and reporting.
- · Be attentive to patient’s needs; initiates steps that will comply with their requirements to meet and exceed their expectations.
- · Collect patient feedback and keep superiors informed regarding problems or issues in the patient care within the nursing unit.
- · Develops, executes and evaluates established plan of care for specific procedures/patient such as but not limited to: care of the emergency and trauma patient. Delivers nursing care consistent with the Patient’s Bill of Rights (i.e. Right to privacy, right to confidentiality, right to refuse treatment)
- · Responds to and provide appropriate nursing action for emergent situations
- · Provide preoperative and postoperative orientation to patients regarding the do's and don’ts. Assist with patient care in the recovery room, procedure room and operating room.
- · Assisting the doctors in encoding patient treatment plans specifically in LASIK surgeries.
- · Perform basic knowledge in usage and minor trouble shooting with the machines on LASIK and Cataract surgeries.
- · Prepares the surgery room, including sterilization and preparation of equipment, instruments and medications before the procedure. Ensures the surgical field remains sterile all throughout the procedure, adhering to safety standards and precautions.
- · Responsible and accountable for verification and witnessing that the patient or the patient’s legal representative has signed the consent in their presence and that the patient, or the legal representative, is of legal age and competent to provide consent of treatment.
- · Collaborate with the whole health care team to provide a safe, integrated and high-quality plan of care to the patients.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- · Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Nursing
- · Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- · With experience in Operating Room is an advantage but not required, can be an Optha nurse or equivalent
- · Good communications skills
- · Fresh graduates with good academic standing can apply, as long as with PRC license (Registered Nurse)
SALARY RANGE: P18,000 – P25,000
WORK LOCATIONS: Makati and/or BGC
WORK SCHEDULE: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
