JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  • Deal with customers face to face, on telephone, via call, text and chat on Julieanne’s Kitchen FB Page and
  • Instagram.
  • Taking Orders and Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Inform customers about the prices, discounts, promos, billing processes and other details related.
  • Process customer orders on time and in a professional timely manner.
  • Check stock/ food and time availability.
  • Appraise customers on alternative products when required item is not available.
  • Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders and Complaints.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen Manager and other appropriate departments in processing orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed
  • Providing quotations and checking product availability
  • Handling payment transactions 
  • Adhering to a company’s policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers
  • Outbound Marketing
  • Maintains Proper Filing of Customer Service Files and Records
  • Other Duties as assigned by the Management
  • Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
  • Referring problematic issues that they cannot solve to management 
  • Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed
  • Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client
  • information
  • Providing quotations and checking product availability
  • Handling payment transactions 
  • Adhering to a company’s policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATION

 

  • Good understanding of administration and the office environment generally
  • Understanding of compliance issues and how a customer service team works
  • High integrity and honesty in all dealings
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Basic project management skills
  • The ability to actively listen to customers so they can adequately gauge and address their needs
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly share and relay information
  • The ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with complaints or challenging clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills to determine the best possible solutions for client issues
  • Good command of the English language
  • Presentable appearance and good hygiene in customer-facing environments
