JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The ICT Assistant Manager together with the ICT Manager, is responsible for defining the ICT
  • strategies based on the set objectives and goals of the company. In-charge with the performance
  • management and skills development of the ICT staff. As well as the overall management and
  • implementation of IT initiatives within the organization and across all sites.
  • KRA:
  • - Recommend and maintain information technology strategies.
  • - Assist in the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all ICT functions.
  • - Assist in the planning, designing, and implementation of all ICT projects.
  • - Identify the need for new systems or re-engineering of existing systems.
  • - Technical management and analysis of information and computer hardware/software systems.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any ICT-related courses.
  • - Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the ICT industry with proven track record in the
  • successful delivery of major IT initiatives.
  • - Experienced in leading and implementing software development projects and ERP systems.
  • - Experienced in leading ICT projects across all business functions.
