JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Operations Manager will plan, direct and coordinate all phases of plant operations in both
- Site 1 (Calauan, Laguna) and Site 2 (Pulilan, Bulacan). Responsibility includes improving the performance,
- productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
- Designation is directly reporting to the Company President.
- KRA:
- - Ensure all workings are manufactured in a cost-effective & timely manner.
- - Improve operational systems, processes and practices.
- - Materials planning, purchasing and inventory; Warehousing & logistics efficiency.
- - Perform quality controls and monitor production.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred), Business Management, Operations Management
- or any management related course.
- - At least three (3) years work experience in a Managerial role preferably in a Food Manufacturing
- company.
- - Knowledgeable in Operations Management (Warehousing, Distribution & Production)
- - Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting / planning metrics.
