JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • • Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
  • • Social Media Posting and Monitoring
  • Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
  • • Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
  • • Adhere to food, health and safety standards
  • • Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
  • • Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • • Monitoring and control of inventory
  • • Monitor revenues and expenses
  • • Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
  • • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize
  • profitability
  • • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • • Report monthly Inventory, Sales and Marketing
  • • Propose innovative ideas to increase sales
  • • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • • Knowledgeable with HR tasks
  • • Oversee Julieanne’s Kitchen Branches, Making sure store operation
  • • Be an example of well behavior and high performance with professionalism
  • • Any other duties as assigned by the owner

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • • Proven successful experience as a retail/kitchen Store Manager
  • • Powerful leading skills and business orientation
  • • Customer management skills
  • • Strong organizational skills
  • • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Knowledgeable in Social Media Handling and Content Creation
  • • Diploma or degree in business management or Marketing related field would be an asset
