JOB DESCRIPTION
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- • Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
- • Social Media Posting and Monitoring
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
- • Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
- • Adhere to food, health and safety standards
- • Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
- • Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- • Monitoring and control of inventory
- • Monitor revenues and expenses
- • Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
- • Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize
- profitability
- • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- • Report monthly Inventory, Sales and Marketing
- • Propose innovative ideas to increase sales
- • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- • Knowledgeable with HR tasks
- • Oversee Julieanne’s Kitchen Branches, Making sure store operation
- • Be an example of well behavior and high performance with professionalism
- • Any other duties as assigned by the owner
JOB QUALIFICATION
- • Proven successful experience as a retail/kitchen Store Manager
- • Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- • Customer management skills
- • Strong organizational skills
- • Good communication and interpersonal skills
- • Knowledgeable in Social Media Handling and Content Creation
- • Diploma or degree in business management or Marketing related field would be an asset
