JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensures growth of sales and achievement of sales targets
  • Manages Key Accounts and understand sales trends and conduct business review meetings as necessary
  • Manage account relationships from product presentation, order acquisition, order fulfillment, billing and collection.
  • Ensures growth of sales and achievement of sales targets in all selling channels
  • Evaluates sales strategies that are specific to the market, and leads its implementation
  • Should be able to design sales reports to update Executives on customer behavior and analysis of sales trends

Relationship Building

  • Builds strong working relationships with its key accounts, new and existing.
  • Serves as the liaison for the company towards its business partners and the customers
  • Maintains and builds relationships with all selling channel partners such as Lazada and Shopee, to ensure steady growth of the business.
  • Proposes innovations, continuous improvement, and sales analysis to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Proposes and maintains a 360 feedback by evaluating existing process to address sensitive issues or needs of both internal and external customers
  • Together with the CEO, CFO and Marketing Head, spearhead monthly and annual Business and Sales Review.

Result-Oriented Processes

  • Develop sales and fulfillment plans to ensure smooth day to day execution of transactions
  • Design, develop, and manage the company’s customer journey and experience along all customer touchpoints and channels as per proven best practices
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivering optimal experiences to customers
  • Develop and implement internal and external processes and procedures (client sourcing, account onboarding, development business requirements, promo mechanics, order fulfillment, etc.) to support an efficient and seamless customer experience
  • Translate plans into clear business requirements for implementation
  • Partner with the the different departments to ensure progress and collaborate to resolve issues, device alternative plans, and mitigate risks
  • Design and continuously improve the product offers
  • Lead the implementation of marketing plans, both company and selling channels, to support sales growth and brand loyalty, ensuring consistent and effective communications across all channels
  • Measure and improve customer experience and satisfaction and recommend and follow up on continuous improvement action plans
  • Provide current industry-driven strategies and social media thought leadership, innovation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Define and measure operational KPIs for all aspects of the Customer Experience
  • Coordinates with Operations to ensure proper inventory level and timely stock replenishment of products

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required

Overall 5+ years of related experience in sales operations management including experience in digital marketing, E-commerce, IT. B2C and B2B experience is a MUST.

Adept in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)

Data-driven with exemplary interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities w/ minimal direction
