Analyze utilization data, user feedback and counseling issue trends, and develop appropriate
recommendations.
Prepare regular client reports and presentation decks.
Liaise with client company HR and management to enhance working relationships, attend to
their needs and promote the EAP services.
Coordinate with internal resources to address and resolve any basic operational issues.
Assist in promotional and business development activities.
Perform research and administrative tasks, as may be assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Business-related or Psychology-related course is preferred
Background in human resources, customer relationship, and/or psychology field/s will be an
advantage At least 1-2 years of work experience in account management role
Excellent oral communication, written communication, and presentation skills
Analytical and attentive to details with strong organizational skills
Creative and resourceful
Pleasing interpersonal style and a team player
Can work under minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphic design platforms, and other Microsoft
tools
Work from home but willing and able to report to Mandaluyong office, when needed
