1. Develops and maintains strong professional relationships
in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.

2. Maintains the list of existing clients; determines key
accounts and ensures that connection of each clients are
done regularly to gather customer feedback and to
understand the needs of the clients.
3. Analyzes customer feedback and data to determine how
the customers are using products and services then
develops contingency plan to increase usage
or discontinue underperforming offerings.
4. Develops business proposals for new and existing
customers.
5. Conducts market research to identify new business
opportunities.
6. Analyzes financial data and develops effective strategies
to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
7. Determines the most viable, cost-effective approach to
develop and pursue a new business proposal and
presents it to management for brainstorming or approval.
8. Develops an insight into business development practices,
marketing strategies, prospective clients and competitive
positioning.
9. Prepares sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-
established rules and guidelines.
10. Maintains a knowledge repository of clients, referrals,
Request for proposals (RFP), prospects and
presentations.
11. Handles preliminary interview for departmental hiring and
recommends potential candidates to HR.
12. Develops and provides training and coaching to Business
Development staffs.
13. Protects organization’s value by keeping information
confidential.
14. Ensures that there is a process back-up in place for every
critical operation.
15. Escalates proactively developing issues in the operations
to the immediate superior.
B. CUSTOMER SERVICE
16. Conducts frequent contacts with customers to show that
the company is invested in them and their success.
17. Attends to customer issues/complaints and facilitates
resolution in a timely manner.
18. Makes sure to build customer rapport, promotes the
company’s products/services to clients and protects the
company’s image all the time.
19. Arranges for business meetings with prospective clients.
20. Communicates and assists inquiries from clients,
vendors, department managers and supervisors by
emails, text or calls. Answers calls beyond office hours
and holidays.
C. COLLABORATION and TEAMWORK
21. Does follow-up with cross-functional teams and clients to
clarify and resolve issues on a timely manner
22. Participates in industry forums, client discussions, and
conferences as a representative of the organization.
23. Assists with project assignments in the department.
24. Supports special program/operations planning and
implementation.
25. Provides suggestions to his/her immediate superior
regarding any issues/concerns in the practice of his/her
function to continuously improve the quality of service in
pthe department.
D. OTHERS
26. Performs other duties and responsibilities which may be
assigned by immediate superior.
Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience Good analytical and numerical skills Communication and negotiation skills Must have a valid Driver's License A resident of Talisay City, Minglanilla or Bulacao is an advantage Has existing client list/connection in the Manufacturing Industry is a plus Experience in FMCG is also a plus
