JOB DESCRIPTION

Daily

  • Performs daily sales and collection reconciliation
  • Ensure that all orders recorded in the Company's accounting software for the day have been invoiced and reported by Order Center
  • Ensure all invoices are properly supported with proof of payment
  • Validates proof of payment against bank reports
  • Issues Acknowledgement Receipts for miscellaneous collections (e.g., freight and personal phone bill charges of the employees and donations)
  • Updating Cash Receipts Book (CRB) based on Daily Sales Report (DSR)
  • Monitor Cash-on-Deliver (COD) orders and update delivered orders in Google Sheet
  • Record DSR in accounting system

 Weekly

  • Process online payments for Reliv Philippines and Reliv Malaysia
  • Prepares check disbursements for Philippines

 Monthly

  • Prepares monthly collection report
  • Prepares monthly reconciliation of Accounts Receivable Trade and Customer Deposits
  • Prepares Subsequent Collection Report
  • Reconcile online payments (e.g., credit card Collections, Paymaya and Gcash)
  • Prepares summary of Check Register
  • Prepares monthly summary of checks issued

 Others

  • Facilitate online payments of government contributions and employee loans to SSS, PHIC and HDMF thru eGov (RCBC).
  • Facilitate online payments of taxes (e.g., withholding taxes, VAT, income tax) to BIR thru RCBC
  • Checking of Certificate of Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2307) to be issued to suppliers
  • Petty Cash Custodian
  • Other task may be assigned by the Accounting Supervisor/Finance and Accounting Manager

 Annual

  • Provide schedules/documents needed for the annual financial statement audit
  • Answer auditor’s queries about sales collection

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience at least 2- 3 years
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the financial system and institution
