JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sourcing candidates from different online channels and platforms.
- Handle end-to-end process of recruitment.
- Setting calendar invites
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
- Advertise job openings in the company's career page, social media, and internally.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least College degree of Psychology/Human Resources.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in recruitment and selection.
- With good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Attention to detail.
- Can start ASAP

Thus, the name of the cooperative was changed to Bayer Employees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (BEMPC). It initially had the trucking business and selling of over the counter Bayer products. One of the greatest achievement of this cooperative is being named as one of the Best Cooperatives in Laguna , Institutional Category, to date the following are the services that the cooperative offer:
