JOB DESCRIPTION
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Required skill(s): sales/customer service experience is an advantage, knowledge in website development, basic email knowledge and troubleshooting is an advantage, Excellent English Communication Skills, MS Word.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- 20 Full-Time position(s) available.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 2nd year College Level or Graduate of any 2-year course
- At least 6 months sales/customer service experience is an advantage
- Knowledge in Website Development, Webhosting and Wordpress Content Management System is an advantage
- Basic email knowledge and troubleshooting is an advantage
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances
- Highly Motivated and Target Driven
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
