Perform Human Resources functions such as but not limited to recruitment,
performance evaluation, timekeeping, employee relations, and services
· Process employee benefits payments and applications as required by the
government
· Work with external partners to ensure that the permits and licenses are renewed on
time
· Ensure that labor regulations and other government-mandated reporting or
obligations are followed
· Create a productive culture that is aligned with the company's mission and objectives
· Plan and arrange workplace events such as team building, outings, celebrations etc
· Carry out the purchasing function by locating the best supplier that can provide a
considerable price while also meeting the company's quality standards
· Act as a petty cash custodian primarily responsible for disbursing the funds, keeping
records of disbursements, and preparing the request for replenishment of the fund when
needed
· Receive, process, and respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate
with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary
· Execute other general administrative functions
With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Must have good communication skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
• Salary: 16k-18k ALL IN - depending on the work experience
• Work Location: Market! Market!, Taguig (must be willing to work onsite) and on a midshift schedule
• Start Date: ASAP
