JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greeting and thanking guests in a sincere, friendly manner.
  • Checking guests in on arrival and out on departure.
  • Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts.
  • Anticipating and addressing guests' needs, and resolving their problems and complaints.
  • Assisting guests with disabilities.
  • Operating switchboard and assisting with inquiries.
  • Assisting the reservations manager with taking reservations.
  • Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Complying with company procedures and safety policies.
  • Performing duties on a daily checklist.

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • for walk-in customers our retail shops (Female, pleasing personality, with face value, good set of teeth, fair complexion, smooth facial skin & no skin blemishes, brown hair is allowed but not dyed blonde hair, profile is good family background, with good breeding, with good communication skills in Tagalog and English, at least 5’3” in height, body built is medium built not chubby or skinny, more or less 120 lbs, courteous, polite, likes talking to people, always smiling, positive outlook in life, with poise, trainable, open to new ideas and new product training, average IQ ok, no integrity issue, trustworthy & honest, flexible person & easy to sync into our corporate goals/ ideals/ vision & mission, preferably with total customer service training from previous or current employment and at least high school graduate (college graduate is an advantage)
