ACCOUNTING PERSONNEL (8 YRS EXPERIENCE IN AP & AR) for LOGISTIC INDUSTRY/DR. A SANTOS AVE., PARAÑAQUE

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • May assist or be responsible with the payroll, reports and remittances to SSS, HDMF, Philhealth
  • Must have initiative, good teamwork, and leaderships skills if needed
  • Processes and validates invoices ensuring proper authorization and matching
  • Handles queries, reconciles accounts, and proposes solutions to problems with vendors' accounts
  • Responsible for the monthly AP closing activities (e.g. accruals, cut-off incident checking, AP SL aging, and review)
  • Assists in the audit requirements/schedules
  • Identifies significant recurring A/P issues and coordinates with cross-functional team for resolution
  • Responsible for company initiated or corporate requested A/P clean-up project
  • To assist in other AP related tasks, activities, and projects
  • To support the entities which AP shared service team handles

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • 8+ years of experience in handling financial statements and bookkeeping, AP and AR
  • Proficient in bookkeeping, can prepare the financial statements, payroll accounting and well-rounded in statutory benefits and reporting.
  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy

 

 

 

SALARY RANGE: Negotiable

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday 8:30 am to 12nn

WORK LOCATION: Sucat, Paranaque
