ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT for ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN INDUSTRY/Salary: 15,000 - 20,000/GREENHILLS, SAN JUAN
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the
- mail, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Preferably at least a year of experience in related field
- Bachelors/College Degree in Accountancy
- Excellent in verbal and written communication
- Must be willing to work in San Juan City
- Can start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Work Schedule
Mondays to Friday -9AM to 6PM
