Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations such as accounts payable,
maintain books and records, and inter-company accounts.
? Lead and mentor the accounting staff to ensure that the monthly deliverables are
timely and accurate.
? Prepare timely consolidated management reports and analysis.
? Prepare monthly profit and loss of business units, analysis of
deviations/fluctuations of actual results vs. budget.
? Lead annual audit process and ensure compliance with reportorial requirements.
? Ensure compliance with government regulations and remittances
? Enhance financial checks and controls by formulating policies and procedures.
Create and maintain checks and controls to ensure integrity of the financial state
of affairs of the firm.
? Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking
? At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience
? Preferably Manager level specializing in Finance - General/Cost
Accounting/Consolidation
? Solid experience in both accounting and controlling roles. Has independently
handled and led the finance and accounting team
? Proactive, detailed, hands-on, strong team player with good analytical and
communication skills, and able to work under pressure & in a fast-paced
environment.
? Willing to work-on-site
