CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FLUENT IN MANDARIN WITH or WITHOUT EXPERIENCE) Salary: 40,000 - 50,000/WFH SET UP
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Spearhead the organization of the property managers, with everyone working towards the common goal of providing the best possible care for the portfolio of buildings.
- Consistently demonstrate customer service excellence and help people.
- Manage emergencies with a decisive and calm demeanor, able to troubleshoot the situation and find positive solutions.
- Liaise with strata council members, building owners, and residents by telephone and email.
- Manage checklists, processes, databases, spreadsheets, and websites.
- Assist Property Manager with obtaining quotes, scheduling maintenance, and confirming jobs with tradespeople at the direction of the Property Manager.
- Provide primary coverage for the front desk including answering multi-line switchboard.

JOB QUALIFICATION
- At least 1 year of experience in the Customer Service in any industry. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must be amenable to work on graveyard shift and possible work on holidays
- Has strong internet connection at home
- Fluency in speaking & writing both in English and Mandarin is a must.
