  • Ensure accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory; and
  • Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
  • Accounting functions:
  • Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to the organization;
  • Input credit and debits to the accounting system in support of the payables work;
  • Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to senior-level managers;
  • Provide timely and accurate payment processing by processing accounts payable checks;
  • Review financial information and documents in monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
  • Assist in the preparation of the company budget to help meet all financial goals.

JOB QUALIFICATION

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Oversees the work of accounting staff, reviews financial statements and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  • At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to start ASAP.
  • Willing to be assigned in Office in Subic, Zambales City
