Qualifications
  • • Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
  • • With or without experience
  • • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent degree
  • • Knowledge in Open Source Technologies, Web Programming, Web Design or TCP/IP
  • programming is an advantage
  • • Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN configurations
  • • Knowledge in general purpose programming (PHP, C/C++, Java, Python, Visual
  • Basic ..) and advantage
  • • Knowledge in Virtualization (KVM or Vmware) and Linux (Centos) an advantage
  • • Basic Technical writing skills to create documentation for knowledge base and product

  • • Must be willing to travel and work on -call when necessary
  • • Flexible and can work with minimal supervision
  • • Has a sense of urgency in addressing clients' concerns and requirements.
  • • Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and
  • determine an effective course of action.
  • • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • • Training is by immersion in our technical operations. Candidates must have basic knowledge and understanding of Network systems, Network Communications and Security
  • • Design, deploy and support network monitoring and management system, network security systems L2/L3 Network systems , cloud inrastructure , computer networks and
  • Unified Communication Systems
  • • Provide Technical training to end -users
  • • Collaborate with Sales team for Technical Demos of products and solutions
  • • Respond and resolve customers Support requests via phone, email and web or on-site
  • if necessary
  • • Document all customer support requests and ensure that needs and solutions are documented
  •  
  • • Create Technical Incident Reports to Customers and to the Supervisor
  • • Maintenance and Monitoring of customers and company internal / external support

  • • Ensure that all installation at customer sites are performing per acceptable industry standards
  • • Technical Documentation of product installation , configuration and troubleshooting.
  • • Perform internal testing and research of new and existng products for integration into
  • company solutions.
NOTE: CAN START ASAPSalary: 13,000 - 14,000 (FRESH GRAD year 2021 Mach or April .
