JOB TITLE : Strategy Manager

STRATEGY, CONCEPT & CAMPAIGN DIRECTION
• Seek out relevant data and key consumer insights to shape brand and digital strategy
• Develop creative strategies for integrated digital campaigns
• Initiate the planning process for campaign requirements
• Continuously deepen understanding of digital marketing to provide internal and external stakeholders with the best
recommendations on every digital requirement
• Oversees consultations and executions of all media and digital efforts to ensure they are on strategy, on budget, and on
schedule
• Provides leadership and motivation to foster the agency’s standards of creative excellence and digital ingenuity to
consistently achieve client goals
KEY ACCOUNT LEADERSHIP
• Responsible in leading the overall creative and media operations for assigned accounts - from planning to execution
• Engages senior clients with an unparalleled understanding of what they need and where they can take their brands and
business
• Collaborates with art directors, strategy managers and digital development heads to ensure holistic and timely execution
of projects
• Ensures all projects have signed cost estimates and are billed accordingly
GENERAL MANAGEMENT
Works closely with upper management for the following:
• Monitor and actively manage the strategy team’s workload
• Ensure all projects are running smoothly and brand relationships are properly managed
• Continuously elevate the standard and quality of work output as well as the service provided to the clients
Daily goals:
1. Oversee all pitch and project requirements and ensure everything is properly managed and on track
2. Assess the right team members to be involved in the different pitch and project requirements
3. Define project approach, lead strategic planning and brainstorming of the team
4. Lead team presentations to Creative Director to secure all necessary approvals
5. Identify and monitor daily next steps on assigned requirements to ensure adherence to internal and external timelines
6. Create final pitch presentations, with the support of the respective pitch teams
7. Lead pitch presentations to client
8. Consult on media and data-driven requirements for existing accounts whenever necessary
9. Share new innovations and trends on digital for the team to experiment with
