JOB DESCRIPTION

General Responsibilities

  • Manages the Crypto as a Service Group in achieving growth and profitability targets.
  • Coordinates with other internal and external stakeholders to develop products/services that may best meet the needs of the customers.
  • Develops sales/marketing strategy and leads implementation of the strategy (ensure a healthy sales pipeline, manages customer acquisition, implements events or marketing campaigns, etc).
  • Creates partnerships with third-party partners.
  • Ensure that customers are provided the best service; Measure and manage customer satisfaction in the services of the Group.
  • Mentors and develops team members.
  • Provides oversight to team members and approvals escalations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing high-performing sales team in similar industries (e.g., mobile/web banking, e-wallets, payment solutions)  in 10 yrs proven experience
  • Existing network among local banks, financial institutions and payment companies
  • Understanding of crypto/blockchain and how this can be used in the industry
  • Ability to create a sales/marketing plan for the team
  • Experience in solution sales in the financial services sector preferred (e.g., mobile/web banking, payments, e-wallets)
  • Effective communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in coordinating and working with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, business development, product, technology, treasury, etc)
