Key Responsibilities
• Handle inquiries/incident reports coming from clients in both English and Japanese via phone,
email, chat, etc. in accordance with existing processes and guidelines
• Record details of inquiries as tickets and ensure the information is reflected in the system
• Translate inquiries from Japanese to English and vice versa, and escalate as needed
• Maintain the knowledge base and keep it organized for future use
• Create reports on weekly/monthly help desk performance
• Analyze relevant data and initiate process improvements in problem areas
Job Requirements
• Preferably a graduate of BS Information Technology or any 4-year course
• Certified Japanese Language Proficiency Test JLPT N2 passer
• Substantial work experience as Japanese Translator and Customer Service
• Great eye for detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in using Gmail and Google Workspace tools
