Qualifications:
? A Bachelor Degree Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
? Experience in KYC work within the financial service industry is an advantage.
? Can show research, analytical skills and discipline.
? Average communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
? Good interpersonal skills.
? Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
Specific duties and responsibilities:
? Performs a careful initial KYC verification of Starpay customers.
? Initial verification of the documents submitted by the customers in their Level Upgrade
applications.
? Initially screens the newly onboarded customers, fund transfer senders and fund transfer
recipients of Starpay customers.
? Reports sanction screening results to immediate superior if there is a positive hit and false
positive hit in the sanction screening tool for investigation and recommendation to immediate
superior.
? Provides necessary support on the request/s from Sales, CS, Ops Recon, IT, Marketing,
Compliance, Product Development and Operations with the approval of the immediate superior.
? Compliance with STARPAY risk management policy and process.
? Responsible for editing and correcting customer’s registered information with the approval of
the immediate superior.
? Other tasks that will be assigned by the Operations Support Head.
