DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepares the billing invoice and SJV to record revenues;
2. On a weekly basis, prior to the preparation of billing invoices, extracts report from TIBCO
system and prepares the computation summary per class (E-load, bills, payment, cash in),
per Service Provider (i.e., 3. ECPay, DigiPay), per Product (i.e., BayadDito, Consumer
App);
4. Sends computation summary to the Service Provider on a weekly basis;
5. Summarizes transaction fees;
6. Sends billing invoices to the Service Provider depending on the instructions or agreement
with the Service Provider (e.g. via email, messenger);
QUALIFICATIONS: (MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING)
1. A graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Accountancy, or any business- related
course;
2. With at least one (1) year experience in handling accounts receivables;
3. With strong knowledge in MS Office and MYOB; and,
