JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
-With Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRDM or equivalent
-With at least 6 months relevant experience on HR facets
-Knowledgeable on MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
-Willing to work on Monday to Saturday schedule
-Can start ASAP
- ? Timekeeping/Payroll
- ? Ensuring that all mandatories are regularly and promptly complied with:
- ? Periodic reports and remittances to SSS/HDMF/PHIC
- ? Monthly and annual reports to DOLE
- ? Preparing pertinent forms and processing the hiring, transferring, and resigning of employees
- ? Preparing HR memos and letters
- ? Prompt and proper filing of all HR records
