Primary responsibilities: Program Lead for CPD Program

• Provide/organize technical leadership and resources and ensure they are available to all relevant actors involved in implementation of CPD;
• Establish clear technical standards for the interventions across the projects;
• Provide specific course objectives stating competencies to be gained from the program
• Organize program of activities showing time/duration of topics for the CPD program
• Design an evaluation tool specific to course objectives set

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed CPD trainer
• Must be physically and mentally fit;
• Must have at least 2-3 years job/industry experience on managerial level;
• Must be able to develop, teach, maintain the curriculum of the Basic Competencies, Common Competencies, Core Competencies of the program.
