Graduate of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
• Total supervision of PS broodgrow / Broiler / RTL farm
• Supervision of the construction and repair of farm houses
• Procurement and scheduling of day-old pullets / PS day old chicks / broiler day old chicks
• Sales of RTL, PS grow out bird, broilers and /or egg produced
• Prepare weekly report on farm operation and activities
• Regular office visit
• Responsible for planning, coordination, forecasting, controlling, monitoring, and managing all
operational and technical aspects of a Breeder Parent Stock Farm, Layer pullets farm, Broiler farms.
• Directing all Farm managers for production strategies and proper implementation.
• Ensured that the budgeted volume, cost and quality specifications were attained.
• Coordinate with finance and monitors cost inputs and ensured that these should not exceed the
budgeted cost and coordinates closely with the divisional managers and draws up measures when
rejects and abnormalities are higher against the budget.
• Prepared annual budget for the operation including the placement schedule with the aim of attaining
the desired gross profit margin and draws up necessary programs to achieve the same.
• Draw a production plan that will direct and support the company's strategies and objectives.

• Coordinates with other section / department heads regarding laboratory results and procedure.
• Responsible for planning, delegating, coordinating and overseeing Breeding / RTL Management
Practices.
• Ensure that the budgeted volume, cost and quality specification are attained.
• Weekly reporting of updates and financial aspects of the company.
• Performs post-mortem examination on birds on different Breeding and Grow-out farms, Pullets farm
and external costumers as the case warranted.
Site Assignment:
• Mostly Farm based
• Occasional Office
