Job Description:
? Provides leadership, direction and management of the research team.
? Provides expertise and recommendations to the team on topics such as user-interface
development or the role of human users in automated systems.
? Responsible for training and development of the research team.
? Leads and conducts usability research, in-depth interviews, focus groups and contextual
inquiries to determine user profiles or personas, use cases and other user-related insights.
? Performs and/or oversees user interface usability studies, inspections, evaluations and
audits to assess the user-interface or usability characteristics of products.
? Oversees the research team in the project’s life cycle, with emphasis on research
methodologies and resource efficiency.
Qualifications: Ability to understand and listen to user’s needs. Prerably with research
background
Salary Range: 18,000 – 30,000 depending on experience
