Basic Requirements:
1) Minimum of three (3) years experience preferably from any of the following
industries:
- FMCG, Telco, Retail, Marketing Services (creative, digital or events agency)
2) Experience in at least two of the following (required):
a. Research planning and execution
b. Consumer insighting and Market Segmentation
c. Communication Strategy Planning
d. Trimedia, Digital and/or on-ground activation campaign planning and execution
e. Product Sales Data Analysis
f. Product Development
g. Sales Team Management
3) With thorough knowledge in at least two of the experience items above
4) With adept knowledge in Microsoft Tools and Open Office
DESCRIPTION:
Research– plans and conducts consumer research and insighting quarterly,
every three years, and ad hoc as the business requires.
? Product Management – monitor Sales and Market Share performance per
brand and model, understand drivers for growth/decline & plan, secure
approval, execute, monitor and adjust programs for each brand and model.
? Advertising – plan, secure approval, execute, monitor and adjust advertising
initiatives ranging from traditional media, in-store, on-ground and digital
advertising programs.
? Business Casing – study new products and services and create comprehensive
business cases for each
? Product Development and Product Management – develop products and
services and plan, secure approval, execute, monitor, and adjust projects timely
and according to plans
? Sales Support – provide marketing related support to sales as needed
