JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduate of any Business Course
- Preferably Female
- At least 28 yrs old
- At least 3 - 5 yrs of experience is required
- ? Maintain a good level of operational management and manage day-to-day project
- tracking;
- ? Coordinating with team members to make sure that projects are on track with the project
- requirements, deadlines, and schedules;
- ? Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues;
- ? Submitting project reports deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality
- standards;
- ? Manages overall progress and development of accounts and projects. Making sure that
- all the aims of the project are met;
- ? Serves as point of contact and project development for assigned clients and programs;
- ? Results-oriented – supervision- project and process management- critical thinking-
- project and process management- budget development and tracking- analytical skills;
- ? Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- ? Has extensive written and oral English skills
- ? Has strong knowledge in Microsoft Applications, Internet, etc.
- ? Has outstanding Clerical and Analyzing Skills
- ? Trustworthy and can keep confidential information
- ? Specific administrative requests of the CEO
