JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • • Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping functions, such as preparing invoices,
    vouchers, purchase orders, encoding of expenses, and completion of other accounting
    forms through Xero or the applicable accounting system.
    • Recordkeeping of accounting entries in the books of accounts such as:
    o Cash receipts book
    o Cash disbursement book
    o General ledger
    o General journal
    o Purchase book
    o Sales book
    • Assist the CFO in preparing the financial management reports including monthly,
    quarterly and annual Company financial statements and accompanying reports
    (including inter-company balance reconciliations, charts).
    • Ensure timely physical submission of annual financial statements to the BIR and
    SEC.
    • Prepare the necessary monthly, quarterly, annual tax returns for tax compliance.
    • Payment and monitoring of employee mandatory benefits (SSS, HDMF, Philhealth)
    • Various duties consistent with the Role as assigned to the EMPLOYEE from time to
    time at the EMPLOYER’S discretion.
