QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Accountancy, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or any business related courses
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Logistics/ Retail Operations.
• Familiarity with the delivery routes, traffic rules and regulations, including specific LGU policies.
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure effective, timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods to clients
• Managing daily routes and delivery schedules
• Develop close coordination and team work with the other teams in Warehouse, Sales Admin/Support, Sales, Accounting-Inventory and others
• Preparation of monthly delivery reports
• Evaluate and manage work performance and behavior of Logistics Personnel including Officers, Clerks, Drivers and Helpers
• Ensure and maintain collaborative and respectful working relationship within the team
• Review and suggest work procedures that would help in the improvement of the existing operational flow
• Assessment and investigation of reported delivery concerns such as incomplete delivery of items and delivery of wrong items to clients
• Conducts cost analysis for third party logistics to ensure economical delivery , recommends alternatives and ensures the efficiency of their services
• Regularly monitor the condition of delivery trucks and equipment and endorse for proper maintenance to prevent operational delays
