JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with Sr. Recruitment Officer – (Candidate Management) for Onboarding Process specifically to Arrange PreEmployment Requirements and Preparation of Orientation Schedule
  • Facilitates HR Orientation for New Joining Employees and the end to end first day newbie experience.
  • Database Management of Active and Passive Candidates, Endorsement Tracker, JD Library, and Competitors Analysis
  • Compilation of Pre-employment requirements of new hires and getting up to date with the Trackers
  • Prepares for Email request template and Company ID Prepares Welcome notes and Bank forms and other documents for signing
  • To serve as Training Assistant to HR Manager during Trainings
  • Other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or relevant field.
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Experience with Training or Onboarding process, Experience with recruitment is a plus
  • Good Oral and Written communication skill in English
