FCP Group Phils., Inc. specializes in the management of Condominiums, Homeowners and other Property-Owners Associations. This allows us to keep focused on and responsive to the ever-changing government regulations in running a homeowners’ association, and keep abreast of best practices in community associations management.

To provide full manage services to community associations, it diversified into Facilities Engineering & Maintenance Services in 2010, and it introduced FCPonCall Service in 2018.
