Job Summary :
This job contributes to Starbucks success by providing legendary customer service to all customers. This job creates the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with the Starbucks Mission and Values.

Responsibilities and Job Functions include but are not limited to the following:
For FULL-TIME positions:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 1 year of working experience in a similar industry is highly preferred
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
For PART-TIME positions:
Candidate must possess at least 2nd year college degree/undergraduate studies, or are currently enrolled in college

Rustan Coffee Corporation, a member of the Rustan Group of Companies is the authorized licensee of Starbucks Retail Business in the Philippines. The first Starbucks store opened on December 4, 1997 at 6750, Ayala Avenue. Starbucks has since won the hearts of the Filipinos.

Our story began in 1971. Back then we were a roaster and retailer of whole bean and ground coffee, tea and spices with a single store in Seattle’s Pike Place Market.
