JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Program Associate for Integrated Public Governance (IPG) of the Executive Leadership Unit (ELU), you are expected to provide planning, marketing, logistical, and administrative support to the work of the unit in developing and delivering leadership programs and national development interventions.
- Plan with and assist the ELU Manager and Senior Program Lead in the development and execution of the unit’s national development programs
- Assist in the development of materials for the unit’s programs
- Assist in the monitoring and documentation of the unit’s programs and activities
- Assist in managing the unit’s partner database
- Accomplish other projects and tasks that may be assigned by superiors
- Be a person of integrity and an active advocate of good governance
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Education, Business, Communications, Development Studies, and other related courses
- Preferred experience in planning, marketing, executing, and evaluating programs and events management acquired through professional experience, on-the-job training/internship, or extracurricular activities in school
- Excellent skills in program or project management, events management, critical thinking, and written and verbal communication
- Knowledge in good governance, graphic design and relationship building
- Interpersonal and relationship management
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Has a growth/learning mindset
